Who are we ?
MECB is a private, technical consulting bureau based in Malta, dedicated to driving excellence and innovation. We achieve this through partnership projects fostering training and technical innovation in organisations across a range of EU Member States. MECB consists of a team of like minded individuals, all passionate in generating, transferring and applying useful knowledge.
What do we do ?
Through our multidisciplinary team, MECB applies its expertise to both develop and execute EU Educational and R&I projects that help individuals and organizations to grow through innovative solutions. Our expertise spans a variety of sectors, including Engineering, Digital Technologies, e-Learning, Sustainable Development, Creativity and Innovation, Automation, STEM, Adult Learning, and VET.

Excellent Project Management
We have not only partnered in projects but have also coordinated several EU projects ourselves. Additionally, we have successfully lead Work Packages, delivered high-quality deliverables, and actively participated in a number of Project Steering Committees. As part of our project management services, we also enjoy hosting our partners for project meetings and events in our base: the Mediterranean island of Malta.
Our History?
We commenced our technical consulting services in January 2005 when MECB was registered as a legal entity with the status of a ‘Limited Liability Company’ with the Malta Business Registry. We have over the years expanded our services portfolio ranging from technical consultancy, training/education to research and innovation support. Over these 20 years, we have been also involved in a range of EU projects including FP6, Lifelong Learning Programme, EEA Grants, H2020 and Erasmus+.
